The Engage Encore 6.0 Pickleball Paddle is the latest and best paddle to be added to the Engage Pickleball range. In fact, after it’s introduction early this year, the Engage Encore 6.0 Pickleball Paddle has already caught the attention of top pro player’s like Brian Staub and Gigi LeMaster who use the Engage Encore 6.0 in their tournament play. The Encore 6.0 features Engage’s FiberTEK skin which promotes maximum spin and forgiveness during miss-hits, while the paddle’s core is made from Engage Pickleball’s ControlPro Polymer technology. Both elements of the Encore 6.0 have been carefully thought out together to provide players with more power, without reducing the size and effectiveness of the sweet-spot.
Many top players complain that thicker pickleball paddles reduce the touch and effectiveness in the sweet-spot. While many pickleball paddles have increased thickness to substantially increase power, few have been able to combine this power increase with better control in the paddle. That is what Engage has looked to fix with the Encore 6.0. Encore themselves have admitted that they delayed the launch of their first ‘Thick Core’ paddle because they were adamant that they had to get it right. In doing so, they have created a pickleball paddle that has a soft touch, increased balance and excellent abilities to kill fast shots made by opponents.

Paddle Face & Edge Guard
The Engage Encore 6.0 Pickleball Paddle face utilizes Engage’s FiberTek paddle skin. The FiberTek skin is built to provide maximum forgiveness in the paddle, while also giving you great ability to spin the pickleball. What’s more, the Encore 6.0’s paddle face benefits from special Core & Skin dimensioning carried out by Engage that helps the paddle face to increase power, while distributing vibration throughout the paddle. These enhancements create a much smoother and better touch in the paddle, which combines with the sweet-spot to give you a better all-round feel.
The Encore 6.0’s paddle face measures 8.125″ across the paddle face. This wide-bodied design gives you tones of room on the paddle face to make winning shots, while the Core & Skin dimensioning further helps to reduce vibration in the paddle if you do make a off-center shot.
